Make Ready/Porter Job Duties:
Responsible for ensuring the overall appearance of apartment units and grounds are maintained in accordance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies/procedures:
Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of the community, including the pick up of grounds, painting building and breezeway exteriors as needed, cleaning and maintaining pool, etc.
Responds in a quick and courteous manner to resident requests for maintenance service, troubleshoots the source of difficulty, and takes appropriate action to repair Completes the make ready and turn process including painting and carpet cleaning on vacant apartments for new resident move in Follows established procedures for accessing, removing, and restocking tools, supplies, equipment, and other materials for the service shop Walks with pest control using pest control checklist, pressure wash breezeways, performs signage repair, paints exterior fences, buildings, and other necessary items Completes ongoing industry training Housekeeper Job Duties:
Completes all actions associated with the housekeeping duties for the apartment community by performing the following:
Sanitizes and maintains cleanliness of office, clubroom, restrooms, laundry facilities, and other common areas Cleans and maintains models, vacant units, and breezeways Ensures trash removal, including perishables within 24 hours of move-out Assists coworkers and sister properties with workloads Informs Community Director, Assistant Community Director, and/or Maintenance Director of supply needs Completes ongoing industry training Minimum Requirements:
Experience in apartment make ready/porter preferred, but not necessary, as we will train you! 6 months customer service experience Team player with positive attitude Goal oriented and solution focused High School or GED required Since 1982 HomeSpring Residential Services has been committed to providing outstanding service, in a professional manner, through our commitment to excellence.
